What would we like from our Receptionist:
Organisational skills
Communication skills
Must be computer literate
Demonstrate a keen level of pro-activity
Ideally, experience dealing with ad-hoc administration tasks
Problem-solving skills
Receptionist Requirements:
Ensure Reception runs smoothly
Meet and greet all visitors
Ensuring all paperwork is completed and dealing with any ad-hoc administration tasks
Taking room bookings and all paperwork is completed
Liaise with Office Managers and contractors daily
Work closely with the on-site catering team to ensure hospitality opportunities are maximised
