Description : Primavera Medical Centre requires the services of a female Dubai Healthcare City Registered Nurse. Her roles and duties include providing safe, effective patient care using professional knowledge and skills in accordance with Nursing Practice Standards Policies and Protocols and within the Registered Nurse Scope of Practice.
Required areas of expertise include assisting doctors during consultations and surgical procedures, maintains infection control principles, assist with routine checkups, administer vaccines, assist with blood taking, urine and other sample collection. Communicating with patient regarding information about results, medications prescribed, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institute/college/university.
A current DHCC license/registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (or willing to transfer from DHA/HAAD license to DHCC license)
Up to date Basic Life Support (BLS).
Good communication, technical, interpersonal skills
Carries out other assigned duties within the appropriate scope of knowledge, skills and abilities of the position
Must have the ability to work well in a team environment, dedicated to the best interest of the patient
Is Patient focused.
NB: Previous Obstetrics or Gynaecology experience is a plus.
Required Skills & Experience
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, nurses, clinician’s and other staff.
Liaises with patients, families, medical and nursing staff, and other clinical staff.
