Description : ARA Diagnostic Imaging is seeking an experienced Remote Medical Call-Center Agent (Scheduler) to join our growing team! This position is remote (This position is remote for AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, MD, MI, TN, TX, UT, WA only).**$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS for external applicants.Summary: Spends a significant portion of the day communicating directly with customers, via telephone, to schedule appointments according to established guidelines. Communicates with patients or referring physicians to schedule exams and gather all pertinent data. Responsible for maintaining confidential records on new and existing patients. This is a medical call center. In order to qualify for this remote position you must be able to work independently, have high speed cable internet service (50 mbps download and 5 mbps upload) from a reliable cable provider (Satellite internet and mobile hotspot not accepted.).VPN device that is provided will need to be connected to an available port on the modem or wireless router.Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. One to three years of experience in a healthcare or high volume call center environment.
