We are delighted to be recruiting for Resolution/Warrant officers to join our growing field team. The Role of a Resolution officer/Warrant Officer is to visit our client’s customers at their premises, both commercial and residential and to re-engage them with our client or carry out any other activity or clients may require on site. You will also be visiting premises to discuss payment options, occupier details, confirm meter readings and provide invaluable information back to our clients.
There a 4 main workstreams an Officer would carry out:
Pre disconnection visits
Working on behalf of our Utility clients visiting customers at their home premisses to gather information relating to their outstanding accounts. Officers will gather information on the property and relating Gas/Electric meters with reads and photos using our online app. you may also discuss payment options with the customers on site.
FCA Reconnection visits
Working on behalf of our FCA client’s officers will attend customers properties to gather an up-to-date contact number. Our client will then contact the customer while officers are on site to discuss the account.
Commercial Water Disconnections
Engage are an accredited company with Lloyds Register to be able to carry out water disconnections on behalf of our clients. Officers will be visiting commercial premisses to discuss their water accounts and to seek full payment or disconnection.
Warrants
Engage also carry out Warrants on behalf of our clients. Officers will attend Residential/Commercial premisses with a Locksmith and Engineer to replace currant meters with Pre-Payment meters.
Engage Services visit thousands of customers every week and supply a service that is vital to our client’s requirements for treating customers fairly.
We also have a self-employed position available for this role nationwide
The Role:
Assisting customers to resolve financial difficulties (post COVID-19)
Information gathering on properties and people
Engaging with customers who have lost contact with our clients
Temporary disconnection of commercial water supplies
Arranging installation of pre-payment utility meters
Conducting post COVID-19 surveys with commercial customers
Requirements for the Role
A full driving licence (not required in central London areas)
A clean DBS
A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
Good organisation and time planning skills
Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
Proactively work towards all targets set.
Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.
