Description : Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the European DTC Retail Marketing Department. The successful candidate will contribute improving our understanding of customers and coordinating direct to retail retention and acquisition strategies with an omnichannel approach. New projects include implementing Clienteling Strategies for RLE (Ralph Lauren online) and PFS (Ralph Lauren outlets), developing existing Clienteling tools including our Clienteling app’ and New Ways of Selling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
LEARNING EXPERIENCE / RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign performance for Polo, Lux, W&J and Home
Build Microsoft Sway Content from conception to delivery; briefing assets, building image packs content, collating training material delivered with clear communication for stores
Manage template creation including writing copy, translations and activation on clienteling digital app; including Buy links integration
Build targeted client outreach lists to drive campaigns and special events
Communicate with stores and Clienteling Ambassadors on a regular basis to ensure retail teams have all the support needed to clientele
Client Development and Data initiatives
Support from point of conception, projects to rebuild and reactive database following Covid lockdown at store, regional and EU level
Work on client retention strategies and development plans (top clients, inactive clients, traded-up/down…)
Report on performance and draw key highlights and recommendations to drive growth month on month
Champion Data compliance identifying issues and ensuring stores are meeting requirements
Coordinate progress with Data issues and developments
Support with the roll out of new client segmentation, lifecycle and propensity to purchase analysis
Digital Clienteling applications
Support with training, assets coordination, tool adoption
Review application UX experience and identify ways to improve
Support in coordinating roll out to new stores
Performance & Communication
Understand performance at Store and Regional levels and help identify challenges and opportunities
Manage the internal comms calendar to drive awareness
Manage workplace internal comms to share updates and best practices
Ownership and distribution of Omnichannel Clienteling Newsletter Additional daily Requests:
o Manage daily store requests
o Accounting process management with suppliers
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, fashion management
Experience in Marketing, CRM, Events or Luxury Retail a plus
Computer skills: Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Sway, Sendgrid
Strong communication skills and telephone manners are essential
Proactive, organised and able to take initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules
Fluent in English
