Description : Mamma Mia!!! That’s right we have new opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Runner to join our Strada family.
You will be expected to provide and maintain outstanding guest service and attention to detail at all times, ensuring all guests are provided with complete hospitality throughout their dining experience with us. You will deliver food and drink to guests in an efficient, informative and most importantly friendly way.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver food, coffee and drinks quickly and efficiently to tables.
Have a thorough knowledge of the dishes, ingredients and table numbers.
Provide the link in communication between the guests and floor team when required.
Efficient and clear communication with the pass chef.
Keep the pass clean, tidy and well stocked.
Polish all plates and cutlery for the restaurant.
