Shine is looking for a Sales Development Representative for our Shine at Work team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build out the B2B organization and help us scale Shine At Work.
About the role:
Shine at Work is looking for a Sales Development Representative that is eager and excited to kick off their sales career and join our team. The ideal candidate will have an energetic, can-do attitude and be comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
Outcomes:
Prospect into strategic business accounts via cold call, email and social strategies
Drive sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Sales Team
Maintain and organize a Sales Qualified Opportunities in SFDC
Be a subject matter expert and evangelist of self-care and mental health + user of Shine
Produce creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts in order to book sales appointments and influence company revenue
Work with sales leadership and revenue operations to build out frameworks, strategies and playbook based on go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years of experience in a quota carrying position for a B2B SAAS product
Experience with outreach such as cold calling and emailing
Strong time management and organization skills
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
High-energy and embody a positive attitude
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, and learn quickly, meet deadlines and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills
Interest in wellness, mental health, meditation and employee wellbeing a plus
Prior success in selling into HR and Benefits teams a plus
