Come change the world with us!Your role will be to develop qualified leads, nurture inbound lead interest and convert these leads into opportunities for our outside and inside sales team by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. You will be a cornerstone for driving eLuma’s topline success. You will work to generate interest in the eLuma offerings with daily engagement with prospects and leads.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience both cold calling and nurturing leads from marketing campaigns and inbound interest. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from the first contact until you pass on the opportunity to our sales team to close. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you!Primary Responsibilities:Qualify inbound interest from marketing campaigns, organic visitors to websites, and qualified prospects as sales opportunitiesPerform inbound sales activity through email, calling, and more to build a pipeline of qualified opportunitiesContact potential clients through cold calls and emails after initial interestDemonstrate and sell value to prospects at every touch-pointIdentify client needs and suggest appropriate products/servicesWork with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging for campaigns based on customer feedbackAssist the sales representatives in developing relationships by creating a smooth transition from cold lead to the potential customerKeep CRM up to date with all sales activity and notes.Work cross-functionally with different teams such as Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.Stay up-to-date with new products and services including pricing and payment plansPerform other duties as assigned.About You:Proven work experience as an SDR or similar roleStrong analytical ability to organize data and find insightsLove the rapid, unpredictable nature of an EdTech startupResults-driven sales mentality. Passionate about what works and what doesn’t.
