ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a member of Trustly’s Sales Development Team, you will be responsible for growing Trustly’s Sales pipeline through outbound lead generation and inbound lead management under our Sales Development Director. You strive to provide the utmost quality and service to our prospects while continuously pushing for top of the funnel metrics (i.e., scheduling outbound meetings)
You will partner closely with our Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure strategic alignment and processes are in place and ultimately drive revenue for Trustly. You will use the tools and processes involved in sales operations and sales enablement to ensure efficient resource allocation, maximize your outcomes, and achieve growth opportunities while learning the ropes.
What you’ll do
Drive pipeline growth to maximize sales capacity and meet/exceed company targets
Work closely with Marketing to qualify lead generation activity both through inbound as well as outbound initiatives
Execute our winning outbound plan for SDRs and allow your creativity to shine through
Ensure a seamless transition handoff process between Sales Development (You) and Account Executives to maximize closing probabilities
Utilize reporting and dashboarding capabilities to communicate results to the rest of the organization and track performance and productivity KPIs. (i.e., Salesforce and Outreach.IO, Intercom)
Identify sales collateral and content needs to improve lead open, response, and engagement rates
What we look for
1+ years of experience in Sales or Sales Development
Ability to sell yourself
A proven track record of successful sales pipeline development.
Experience in closing roles is a plus.
A proven track record of being a hustler and a go-getter (i.e., you want to make a name for yourself and you are money motivated)
Experience in technology B2B Sales. Fintech and Payments a big plus.
A can-do attitude and ability to work cross-functionally to drive results.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Ability to communicate clearly and directly by providing accurate information and being data-driven.
Bonus points for SFDC, Zoominfo, and Outreach proficiency as well as any Financial Tech Experience
