Description : MQ #1 – The IV&V Lead and at least one other IV&V staff must each have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years providing IV&V services to public entities in at least one of the following, and between all IV&V staff the following must be coveredMQ #2 – The IV&V Lead and at least one other IV&V staff must each have a minimum of four (4) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years working either as a direct contributor or as an IV&V oversight on a large-scale software development project.MQ #3 – The IV&V Lead and at least one other IV&V staff must each have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years working on IT projects utilizing Agile software development methodologies based on the principles of user-centered design and iterative development.MQ #4 – The IV&V Lead and at least one other IV&V staff must each have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years delivering applications configured or developed using Salesforce.MQ #5 – At least one staff must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the last ten (10) years applying the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std. 1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation) on a large-scale software development project.MQ#6 – Certification – At least one staff must possess an ITIL certification.MQ#7 – Certification – At least one staff must a possess a current certification in at least one of the following:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP);Certified Information Security Manager (CISM);Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC);Certified Cloud Service Professional (CCSP); orCompTIA Security+.MQ#8 – Certification – At least one staff must possess a current Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.MQ#9 – Certification – At least one staff must possess a current certification in at least one of the following:Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder;Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; orSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I.Job Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: $70.00 – $75.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):Visa StatusWork Location: Remote
