Professionals will serve our clients through the following types of work:
Digital Customer | delivers sales and service strategies and plans, operating model definition, incentive design and implementation, and operations support for digitally-enabled sales, channel, and customer service capabilities Digital Experience | creates engaging omni-channel digital experiences across web, mobile, AR/VR, voice, gesture, IoT, and video Flexible Consumption | the commercial strategy, operating model definition, and capability delivery of subscription/flexible consumption business models Digital Foundry | a flexible, end-to-end delivery model emphasizing innovation and disruption DigitalMix | an integrated set of platforms to enable business re-platforming
Qualifications and Experience
Required: A minimum of 3 years of consulting/ industry experience
– Professional Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS Understand functional requirements and be able to develop technical solutions in Salesforce 2 years of Salesforce.com experience
Designs using standard patterns. Should also be able to communicate this effectively to the team. Should have very good technical and problem-solving skills Analyze and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements Should be able to perform independent code reviews and execute unit tests on modules developed
Preferred: Experience in Salesforce.com Development environments (VS Code) Knowledgeable in Apex, Visual force, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX and experience on DevOps. Experience with integration and configuration Salesforce.com Platform Developer certifications Salesforce.com Domain Certifications
Candidate should have experience in delivering trainings to Corporate Clients on the below Salesforce topics: Authorized to conduct trainings on ADX 201, DEX 402, DEX 450. DEV 401: Workshops on SFDC DEV. DEV 501: Module which covers Apex programming and Visual force Controllers.
DEV 502: Modules which covers integration mechanism and various API available from Salesforce.
DEV 601: Modules which covers Development of Lightning Component.
DEV402: Certified on App builder Module and authorized instructor to deliver DEV402 module.
DEV450: Authorized Instructor on DEV450. Salesforce LWC
Must have the below certifications: Salesforce Certified Developer on Force.com Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
