We have a brand new opportunity for a Senior CRM Manager to join our growing Marketing team to deliver a transformative CRM strategy for Moonpig. This is a new role reporting into the Head of CRM as we continue to test, learn, build and scale our CRM programmes in order to drive CLV. You will be responsible for the development of a small CRM team and their delivery across the newly established core, engage and protect workstreams. You will use and be an advocate of CRM segmentation and content personalisation across the team and business and guide the development of the team and CRM work streams to drive them toward delivery of measurable CLV.
Have the opportunity to work on strategic growth projects aligned to our company OKRs and these will include a range of strategic initiatives including:
Personalisation – Developing our roadmap for dynamic content personalisation across CRM. Identifying the processes, technology and team required.
Segmentation – Developing with analytics the CRM customer segmentation
New market launches – Developing and establishing CRM for new markets.
New customer propositions – Launching new customer propositions and developing scalable CRM.
App and customer DB Growth strategy – including management of installs/uninstalls and customer journeys.
Customer data capture and enrichment optimisation.
Managing the existing CRM team to deliver to OKRs and agreed customer outcomes whilst supporting business trading and weekly customer comms.
Manage CRM team responsible for delivering CRM campaigns across email and push channels to engage our Moonpig customers with timely, relevant and inspirational content.
Develop and deliver our CRM strategy and delivery through CRM workstreams Engage, Protect and Core.
Identify and define opportunities for growth based on customer insight, commercial awareness and competitor analysis.
experienced in defining CRM roadmaps and prioritising action.
You’ll be a good addition to the Moonpig CRM team team if you:
Have a passion for CRM and experience in delivering CRM strategy in a cross functional team.
Have experience in leading CRM strategy and teams to drive CLV and be able to develop roadmaps for delivery as well as identify business stakeholders and capabilities required to deliver these.
Have experience in delivering CRM personalisation and be confident in your ability to define process, technology requirements and work with the CRM team to deliver.
Are experienced in driving action from insights and can demonstrate measurable results in prior roles.
Are passionate about customers and identify opportunities to align insight and action to target and motivate our Moonpig customers into action.
Bring knowledge of dynamic content personalisation and have experience in identifying and valuing business use cases and the resources and process implementation required to deliver these.
Want to work in a diverse business and team which welcomes new ideas.
Be comfortable sharing ideas with others, having a great discussion and supporting an action plan to move forward.
Work closely with cross functional teams at Moonpig to ensure that CRM activity is measurable, effective and scalable. Delivering at pace and unafraid to learn and pivot when required!
Thrive in a small team and will bring a mix of both analytical skill as well as creativity to the team.
Experienced in team leadership and development of Experience managing CRM and ESP, dynamic content and personalisation tools.
