You will hold a clinical supervision caseload and will support practitioners in their clinical work and professional development.You will work closely with our system partners, including secondary care providers, other IAPT services in the area, and community support services. You will have opportunities to support the development of the services, working closely with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement and supporting teams with change.You will also have the opportunity to work with service users directly, providing CBT interventions to people with anxiety and depression. You will have the opportunity to specialise in an area of interest to you that supports the local community.Further informationThis job is subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at an enhanced level with Barred List(s).This ia permanent full time role for 37.5 hours per week. These can be flexible hours between 8am and 8pm.The position will be home based but occasional travel within Surrey or Kent is likely in the future for in person client work in the community, in person supervisions and team training/meetings.You will also receive a Fringe London Weighting allowance of £942.00 per annum (pro-rata if part-time).Interviews will be held on Wednesday 2 March 2022 via online video call (Google Meet).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £41,783.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayReference ID: REQ00928
