To enable and establish new standards within the support functionsTake responsibility for managing and running a safe operation and driving a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety StandardsLeverage Behavioural Based Safety (BBS) program as a daily way to confirm behaviours and processesCommunicate Objectives & KPIs applicable to your teamDemonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in the operationIdentify and propose opportunities to grow the business with existing customers

Operations experience managing a team within a warehouse environmentCustomer facing experienceExperience of leading an operation in an automated warehouseExperience of working within a FMCG warehouse operationStart-up experience, desirable
