As our new Senior Program & Strategy Manager for LEGO.com you’ll have end-to-end portfolio management responsibility, connecting the strategy to the relevant collaborators!
This role can be based from either London, UK or Billund, Denmark.
Core Responsibilities
Oversee the portfolio of ongoing & future initiatives impacting LEGO.com – acting as key partner for the LEGO.com leadership team. Main focus on step-change activitiesYou will be shaping the execution of our D2C ecomm strategy, ensuring strategic alignment, sound prioritisation and driving decisions on trade-off.Lead the monthly release of budget & FTRs across the organisation in line with agreed strategic priorities for LEGO.com.Work with portfolio managers and project leaders across teams to ensure clarity on upcoming deliveries, risks and opportunities. This will include ecommerce teams, marketing, product development, supply chain, digital etc. (all global teams).Drive communication on progress & upcoming activities to senior management and broader teams within ecommerce & beyond (written & verbal). Visualise & showcase activities in ways that allows collaborators at various levels to stay connected.

The Strategy & Growth team plays a vital role in enabling our ambitions with LEGO.com and the team is responsible for the eCommerce strategy and orchestration of its execution across multiple teams
Do you have what it takes?Strong experience from a top-tier consultancy or business development functionProven track record of commercial program management with the ability to move between strategic discussions and operational details. Preferably with budget responsibility.Profound understanding of digital/ecommerceExperience leading strategic dialogue and facilitating trade offs with senior collaborators.Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and stay on top of a constantly evolving portfolio of activities.Some experience with agile delivery methods; preferably from a large organisation with both agile and none-agile teams.
