We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and talented Senior Teacher, to include the role of Head of English, who will lead and build on the exceptional success of our high performing English Department. The Senior Teacher will demonstrate consistent high standards of teaching and leadership and have the energy and enthusiasm to support the English team to ensure the best education for our ambitious students. The successful candidate will be required to teach English to all ability groups across KS3 and KS4.
Applications are welcome from candidates who are able to demonstrate highly developed skills that will ensure our students and all those supporting them are committed to very high standards in keeping with the College’s reputation. This role would suit an applicant who has future ambitions to become a Deputy Headteacher and/or who wishes to work in middle leadership with additional whole-school responsibility as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
