My client is a leading name in its field, they are currently looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer with hands on GCP and Python or Typescript coding experience to join the team on a remote basis for the next 6 months.
Site Reliability Engineer – GCP Duties;
Be involved in a migration project alongside a cross functional team to assist in improving their delivery times, reliability, and reduce the time spent by engineers to push their code.
Involved with the Security and Product Teams to ensure a scalable, reliable, secure technology platform for the wider business
As the GCP Site Reliability Engineer you will have experience in;
Strong programming experience and deep knowledge of Python or Typescript
Expert knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Strong Kubernetes (K8s) knowledge.
Experienced with Terraform and other IaaS tools
Other tech used: Chaos Monkey, Relational Databases, Jenkins ect.
