We have an exciting opportunity for one full-time social worker to join Children We Care For Team 1 on a permanent basis.
About us
We are a team who are passionate about safeguarding and improving the outcomes for the Children we Care for. It’s an exciting time to join us as we have recently become a specialist team supporting young people from the ages of 0-18 years.
We make time for individuals and time for the team by prioritising regular supervision, clinical supervisions and “coffee corners” to provide a supportive and reflective space. We promote a learning culture and are committed to continuous professional development.

About the role
You will be working with children who, after full assessment, are deemed to need permanent care away from their own home, or a significant period of substitute care, whether subject to care orders, placement orders or accommodated under Section 20.
About you
We are looking for a reflective practitioner, who can share our passion and dedication to supporting the young people we care for. We would like them to be ambitious and proactive when care/pathway planning. Someone who can be create and flexible to prioritise the needs of the individual they are supporting.
The young people need a strong advocate who will ensure their voice is central in all our work.
We are also looking for someone who understands why Quality assurance is important for our Service Users and can provide an efficient high standard service.
