Team and Position Summary:
The candidate will be part of the NexTech team under Shared Services based out of IDC Gurgaon.
The Shared Services Site provides a one stop shop for all mission critical services at high quality and a low cost. The team manages a range of responsibilities, from solving complex problems for all our stakeholders across the board by offering world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure To Pay for Goods not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and to Pre & Post Payment Audits.
Being part of the RPA team of NexTech as a Software Engineer ,the candidate will be responsible for working with different business groups to understand oppportunity areas and help by contributing in the space of RPA development.
With their hard work the candidate will be able to make an impact on business by helping them automate their processes and take strategic decisions.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Automate processes using RPA technology (UiPath)
2. Work closely with process experts and client resources to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements
3. Develop, test and implement in-scope processes – will start off with PoC followed by a pilot
4. Should have excellent programming/software development background
5. You will identify tasks with automation potential together with various teams and customers and implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies
6. You will be involved in creating the best practices for our new RPA operations
7. Needs to work in evening Shift and demonstrate flexibility
8. Good to have Technology , Proficiency in popular coding languages including Python, C# ,React , Node JS and frameworks or systems such as AngularJS and Git
9. Can confidently solve issues or identify root cause
10. Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop ideal business processes and automate manual work.
11. Understand Business processes/Problems and Propose Solutions.
12. Work closely with process experts and client resources to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements
13. Influence others including those more senior on best practices
14. Good understanding of business environment, good communication skill and ability to work proactively in a fast paced environment
15. Communicate effectively with colleagues and business users
16. Demonstrate flexibility in working in different shifts
Position Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
1. Min 3-6 years of work experience.
2. Graduate in Engineering / IT / BCA / MCA / Other discipline
3. Needs to work in Night shift and demonstrate flexibility.
4. Skills Required : RPA (Open to explore technology) any Additional Tech such as C#,.Net , React , Node JS would be a plus.
