Description : Who we are looking for
A Software Tester to join a motivated and delivery-focused team responsible for testing our Sports product.
You will be testing enhancements and changes to our software across a suite of products and applications, including our global responsive websites as well as our iOS and Android Apps.
The day to day work is varied, challenging and fast paced amidst a hardworking and delivery-focused company ethos. The Sports team are predominantly UI focused and are responsible for testing everything relating to our Sports Offering, including exciting site features such as Match Live on our In-Play Product, Streaming, Bet Builder and Cash Out. We also perform API Testing.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred skills and experience
Commercial software testing experience (Web, mobile native App and API testing is desirable).
Commercial experience of preparing test documentation including test plans, test scripts, defect reports and progress updates.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Ability to react well to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work within a team and individually.
Main Responsibilities
Reviewing and analysing requirement documents ensuring business and technical requirements are fully understood.
Producing test documentation to a high standard.
Conducting quality testing on projects and issues to agreed processes and timescales.
Identifying and carrying out regression testing where appropriate.
Identifying and assisting with automation testing where appropriate.
Reporting defects accurately and managing through to successful resolution via Jira.
Reporting testing progress to the project team communicating effectively and escalating where appropriate.
Maintaining and creating product knowledge documentation.
Assisting with functional queries that may arise from business users following releases.
