Job purpose:
Candidate will be part of the Web Tools engineering team and he/she will be closely working with other engineers, QA and product manager on new features, resiliency and deployments in an Agile Development environment.
Here’s what you get to do:
Candidate will be working as a Senior Software Engineer doing feature development, unit testing, automation testing, manual testing, deployments, technical debt and bug fixes. He/she will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and new feature requests and will be responsible for coming up with solutions and completion of assigned tasks. He/she will be expected to follow agile development process along with CI/CD and other best development practices.
Who we are looking for?
We are looking for Candidate who is having good attitude, quickly adopt to new technologies and add value by being productive with little assistance. He or She needs to be a self-starter and should be able to learn the domain without spoon feeding. We are looking for someone who has 4+ years of product development experience in Node JS, React and Redux.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient with Html, CSS and Java Script
Strong experience in Creating Rest API’s using Node JS
Strong experience in Creating UI and UX using React and Redux
Good understand of Linux commands.
Preferred experience Unit Testing and Automation Testing
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
Experience with Jenkins, CI-CD, Apache configurations, Puppet configurations
Experience in Containerization using Docker
Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and Object-Oriented design
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
Team Player that is positive, proactive and a motivated self-starter.
Knowledge and experience with build and release management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
