The hours of work and shift patterns 06:00-14:30 / 14:25-22:55 Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate
Must be aware of surrounding environment and the potential hazards that could cause harm to yourself or your peers.
Must be able to contribute towards achieving the targets set for the day by working at a consistent work rate.
Ability to do various tasks
Ability to concentrate during repeated tasks
Ability to lift and handle any store products
Responsible to ensure they are trained how to correctly carry out the tasks they will face in a regular working day in the most effective way possible to meet the working standard expected.
Ensure you wear full PPE in the relevant areas
To practise safe working and well-being of yourself and other employees
Ensure right safety equipment (PPE) for the appropriate task and ensure it is used as per training requirements.
To meet orders in the given time, to follow team leaders’ instructions and able to get on with a given tasks promptly.
Responsible for order picking and serving factory. Loading and unloading deliveries. Putting stocks away and stock counting. Processing delivery notes and dealing with delivery drivers.
Enforce adherence to the strict housekeeping and hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers. When working within food production it is a basic expectation that hygiene standards are met using the facilities and equipment available.
Ensure full compliance with all Health and Safety and Technical requirements as specified within training
Accident reporting
Hygiene/Food Safety standards
Anything else required to complete your role successfully.
