Your Day to Day
Purpose of the role
As the Talent Acquisition Manager reporting to the Head of HR IMEA you will be accountable for designing, delivering and maintaining robust recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies.
You will:-
Partner with the IMEA business Unit to identify and drive Resourcing requirements.
Proactively source talent across specific regions ( South West Asia, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Middle East and Africa) for Corporate and General Manager roles
Develop strong internal stakeholder relationships to fully understand the nuances of each region/Brand to enable the best talent to be attracted to the IHG community.
Supported by a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will complete the full recruitment lifecycle from role approval through to onboarding.
You will develop and maintain a robust pipeline of diverse candidates to support our new hotel openings (NHOPs), internal succession plan movements and new and replacement vacancy fulfillment.
Key interfaces will be with the MD, Senior Operational stakeholders and hiring managers and the wider HR team, both in IMEA and Globally.
What we need from you
An experienced Recruitment Manager with International exposure (ideally in IMEA) you will probably have started your career through the agency route and moved into a Corporate role, several years ago.
With experience recruiting at all levels with an emphasis on senior roles, you will have collaborated with multiple stakeholders whilst juggling many recruitment campaigns.
With demonstrable experience of hands-on delivery of campaigns you will be well versed with Senior attraction strategies.
Well networked across IMEA, you will have built robust pipelines previously and know the importance of maintaining Brand integrity.
An experienced manager, you will have previously developed new talent in the recruitment space and be passionate about your teams development as well as your own.
Whilst not essential, experience of recruiting for the hospitality and leisure sector will be a distinct advantage.
You will be comfortable with process and ambiguity in equal measure and thrive on delivering over and above expectations in a multi-cultural, complex environment.
