As well as having responsibility to ensure financial targets are achieved the role also requires an awareness of technical related issues, both internal and external factors to further develop the business.Performance will be achieved by providing clear guidance to team members on their expectations. Plans will be developed and implemented to ensure individual and team expectations are achieved. As well as strong performance management capability the DCDA Team Manager will also look to continually develop their team.Working closely with other Metering & Data teams the DCDA Team Manager is key to ensuring a continuous improvement ethos is adopted.
