At Mendix, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager Associate that drives the innovation of our Lead generation applications as well as their integrations to our CRM system. The Product Manager needs to communicate effectively with our stakeholders from technical & business backgrounds as well as from different countries. Follow up with our application vendors to be up to date about upcoming feature releases to bring our Mendix Lead generation to the next level. As a product manager you should be able to translate business requirements into IT requirements and engage with the AppOps Team members to make things happen.
Engage with the Stakeholders from Marketing to identify gaps and drive the development of the Lead generation platforms (Marketo, Drift) as well as their integration into our IT Landscape (Salesforce, Datalake)
Your responsibilities will be:
Define a roadmap to structure the development sprints and to manage expectations of all involved parties
Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of system enhancements and changes. This includes program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff, and outside consultants as needed
Keeping abreast of new features and functionality across our CRM landscape and providing recommendations for process improvements
Train new and existing users on how to use our tech stack
Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
Provide application users with technical support
Log and track identified system problems through resolution
We are looking for you if you have:
Previous experience gained within Product Management ideally in a Go2Market environment
Ability to create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as applications and/or solutions are developed/built.
Ability to act as Technical Lead during renewal & Procurement discussions with our CRM vendors
