The opportunity
A line management opportunity for our End User Computing team Managing a
team of technicians to provide an exceptional level of service to our end users.
Key Responsibilities
Broad understanding of JUST EAT outside of Technology
Basic understanding of all disciplines within their team
Delivering defined business goals
Fostering a strong team
Professional development of team members
Contributing and adhering to patterns and processes
Prioritising work and tracking progress
Managing stakeholder expectations
Measuring success
Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes
Responsible for the performance and results of a team within own
discipline or function
Defines teams operating standards and ensures essential procedures are
followed based on knowledge of own discipline
Required skills and experience
Commercial experience some of which has been working at Senior to
Principal level
Proven track record of delivering high quality work and driving forward best
practices across teams/departments
Experience of looking broadly across their discipline, both within JUST EAT
and the wider marketplace
Successful stakeholder management experience.
Line management for a team of Engineers, Product Managers and UX
Designers, or Support Technicians
Understanding of JUST EAT – both in terms of the Teams’ own objectives
and related objectives
Works independently and is able to solve complex problems
Uses best practice to improve products/services or processes.
In depth understanding of a specific discipline within Technology
Has subject matter expertise and experience
Good understanding of how to drive a high performance culture within their
team
Broad understanding of JUST EAT outside of Technology
Basic understanding of all disciplines within their team (e.g. software
engineering, product management, design, research).
