What you will do:
Your B2B/B2C serviced sales role starts by understanding your territory and customers, comprised of distributors and end users.
Visit existing client base (corporate & independent) with a view to retain and grow spend through world class customer service using a consultative approach
Use area knowledge and local networks to gain new independent business
Plan diary accordingly to meet busy schedule of service commitments and maintain consistent pipeline of prospects
Develop your knowledge and skills through our extensive training channels. Continue to self-develop, maximising the wealth of experience in the wider team
Position details:
This role will be looking for someone who is based in Glasgow, Scotland.
Applicants must be based on territory, and willing to travel as this sales area covers a large geographical area. The role will require, at times, overnight stays to ensure the opportunities in the territory are to be fully exploited.
What we are looking for:
Being self-motivated is a key aspect of the role as the right person will want to maintain and grow a large account base from the existing territory and must be experienced at actively negotiating business opportunities.
It is essential that you are a highly organised individual that sets objective goals to achieve personal and company sales targets,
Sets personal targets for self-development and growth.
Skilled collaborator, with confidence and capability to engage with all levels and to understand market trends and targets.
Constantly curious, with excellent organisation and time management capabilities.
Passionate about technology and how it can make your life better skilled user of all Microsoft packages.
Qualifications:
Proficient in IT office software and good general level of IT skills.
Good communication and organisation skills.
The ability to work independently but in line with team strategy.
High self-motivation.
A real passion for sales and service.
Experience of working in a busy and diverse corporate environment.
Education to Bachelor’s degree level or minimum 2 yrs relatable experience.
Demonstrable success within a similar technical sales position
Proven track record achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
Experience of constantly meeting set activity KPI’s.
Experience working within a Digital or Tech enabled environment.
