Position: Transport Fleet Coordinator
Location: Stoke, ST6 4PY
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Salary: £21,000
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 0700 – 1500 or 0800 – 1600.
Closing Date: 10/02/2022
Criminal Check required: Yes – Basic check required

To ensure fleet is legally compliant arranging/controlling maintenance
Internal communications with other on site departments – customer service
Manage daily admin tasks related to vehicles
Booking in services and maintenance checks for all vehicles
Administer all vehicle documents

Previous administration is experience is beneficial
Good experience with MS office -Excel/Word
Strong attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively
