This is a tremendous opportunity to build an application from the ground up that will have an exponential impact on the success of the organization and its clients. As a member of an Agile team and specifically, you will:You will develop a modern, innovative and industry leading web application.You will lead the front-end design, coding, testing, and debugging of the software application.Active participant in the software solutions and platforms, including the road map, design, UI/UX and overall user satisfaction.Maximize delivery and throughput of the Agile Team through the application of Agile principles.Develop and maintain clear and thorough product documentation of all code to ensure the code is clean, understandable and well tested.You may co-advise a small staff of internal developers as well as potential outsourced resources.Responsible for delivering best practices of software development principles and methodologies.Assist when needed in the execution of customer implementation & support activities.WHAT YOU HAVE DONE PREVIOUSLY Education and QualificationsFour-year, undergraduate degreeCore SkillsExpert level with Javascript, HTML5, CSS, SCSSSenior level ReactJS (including TypeScript, Functional Components, Router, working with data)CSS / SCSS – exceptSenior level of experience with OpenAuth and Open Id ConnectUnderstanding of consuming data from REST/Open API’sGreat communication skillsEXPERIENCERequired: 3+ years’ experience building modular enterprise-level Web applications with a modern framework such as Lit, React.js, Angular, or Vue with Typescript.Ability to create Unit Tests to validate the front-end application.Application Design and Experience expertise.Must have familiarity working consuming Open.Preferred: Experience working in a start-up or working as part of a small new team.Experience in Business Administration such as Accounting, Finance, or Payroll/HR.Knowledge of DevOps and ability to collaborate on Build and Deploy Processes.Experience with Real-Time connectivity such as SignalR.Experience with DevOps such as gated check-ins and builds and releases.WHAT WE WILL OFFER YOUA competitive salary (range is $85k-125k, commensurate with experience).$1,000 sign-on bonus after 60 daysA generous PTO policy and paid holiday timeFlexible work arrangementsA full suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, long disability and life insurance401K plan with company matchJob Type: Full-timePay: $85,000.00 – $125,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Signing bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Denver, CO 80204: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Work Location: One location
