Specifically, Blinker provided end-to-end digital transactional capabilities for purchase/sale transactions and related finance and insurance services to buyers on our home grown marketplace. Leveraging proprietary image recognition, AI and back office technology, Blinker delivered a streamlined user experience including vehicle valuation, listing, loan pre-qualification, lien payoff, ownership transfer, loan funding, insurance coverage, and more.

What is expected of you:
A Vehicle Transactions Coordinator will be on the front-line assisting customers with completing necessary steps to facilitate a vehicle sale transaction on a web-based platform. This role serves as a liaison between customers, lending partners, and back-office operations and is a part of a fast-paced environment and a vital part of Blinker’s success.
Candidates must be able to work some weekdays, weekends and/or evening hours during Blinker’s 8AM to 7PM operating hours.
What you’ll be accountable for:
Frequent interactions with sellers/buyers to gather information and/or documentation needed to finalize a vehicle sale via email, telephone, chat, or messaging.
Review of data/documentation to ensure lender partner guidelines are met
Prepare documentation to submit funding files to lender partners in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the vehicle title team to ensure documentation collected and/or prepared is clear and accurate.
Develop understanding of vehicle financing and titling requirements related to private sale transactions.
Manage customer expectations, inquiries, and satisfaction during the transaction process with timely follow-ups including updates and action plans.
Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide effective solutions.
Effectively communicate observed opportunities for changes to products, services, or technology to internal teams.
Your skills, experience, and other qualifications:
1+ Years customer service or related experience providing phone and email based customer support, preferably in the tech/software/internet/mobile app space and in a call/support center
Experience using software applications, CRM systems and Customer Service Ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.
Prior experience with lending and/or vehicle sales transactions a plus
Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
Detail Oriented: Proven ability to consistently produce high-quality, professional work
Effective multitasker with organizational and time management skills
Effective listener who can understand both external and internal customers’ underlying needs and is enthusiastic about helping them

Compensation:
This is a non-exempt position with a pay range of $22.00-$27.00/hr, depending on experience.
