This opportunity is a work-at-home/telephonic/virtual position.
You will work at home as part of a groundbreaking team of registered nurses.
Each nurse on the team will talk with patients over the phone. Timeliness and responsiveness are vital to the goal of providing stellar and compliant customer service.
These patients are looking for answers to their questions or they will require medical or eligibility screening or are being provided with information/reminders about their next appointment.
Patients may need assistance that results in access to and/or compliance/adherence with the prescribed treatment for their disease.
