ABOUT THE ROLE:
You’ll report into the Key Account Manager and will be responsible for managing and maintaining new and existing wholesale accounts, ensuring all queries and necessary requests are dealt with in a timely manner, while providing day to day support to the wider team.
This role is full time, working remotely and flexibly to a hybrid model.

You’re commercially focused, with a strong grasp on KPI’s and how you personally deliver them to maximise your department’s targets. You’re a great team player with high attention to detail, who is consistently accurate. You’re able to make carefully considered suggestions for your customers and team to confidently manage sales plans and budgets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish, develop, and maintain credible relationships with key and independent wholesale customers
Implement sales plans to provide effective and tailored account management for both current and prospective accounts
Monitor accounts to ensure effective performance and sales growth
Manage customer order trackers and orders within the system
Prepare and assist with weekly / monthly financial reports to monitor the wholesale team’s financial progress
Identify and action appropriate steps to rectify any shortfalls / resolve complications with accounts
Work with internal teams and the warehouse to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full
General support to members of the Wholesale Team in admin related tasks and ad hoc projects such as raising forward orders and re-orders, providing sales information, delivery schedules and after delivery care.
Selling and offering support during Buying Fair, with Look Book and Order Form production, and provision of all tools necessary for a successful sell in
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years wholesale/admin experience
Skilled in Order-processing management
Experience working in a Wholesale environment with Key accounts
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Language skills (in particular French, Spanish or German) a benefit but not essential
