Description : EQUANS are recruiting for a Work Scheduler to be based in Bury St. Edmunds. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The scheduler’s primary role will be co-ordination with engineers and sub-contractors to schedule and distribute workloads.
What will you deliver?
Schedule raised reactive and PPM works
Communicate with engineers and sub-contractors
Raise reactive work order jobs as back up
Raise sub-contractor and supplier purchase orders as back up
Assist existing administration to program and collate monthly report data
Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
Promote and drive the company values
Keep up to date with industry developments, driving innovation and effective change

Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
Good I.T skills and qualifications particularly Microsoft word and excel
Software knowledge
Customer Service experience
CAFM system experience (desirable)
A full valid driving licence
