Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are delighted to welcome applications for an Advanced Lived Experience Development Lead Post to support with the development of our personality disorder and complex trauma pathway.
It’s an exciting time to be joining our Trust as we embark upon transformation of Community Mental Health Services. As part of this transformation, we are developing new pathways to improve services currently offered to people with complex emotional needs associated with a personality disorder and complex trauma. Along with our stakeholders we will be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health difficulty gets the access, support and respect they deserve. This can only happen through co-production and building a dedicated workforce of people with lived experience establishing a sustained positive culture.
We already have a well-established Recovery College with all staff having lived and life experience as well as relevant educational expertise. We have also recently appointed peer support workers to work in other services within the organisation.
