The UroGynecology division of The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Advice Nurse (RN) to join our team. Urogynecology specialize in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. We commonly diagnose and treat Urinary Incontinence, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Pelvic Floor Disorders, Fistulas, Childbirth Injury, Fecal Incontinence, Vaginal Childbirth Trauma, and Bowel Control Issues. We take pride in providing excellent evidence-based patient care, as well as ensuring we have a welcoming and comfortable environment for our patients. The position’s primary responsibility is phone triage. There will also be the opportunity for in office patient interactions, by providing patient education, assisting with in office procedures, patient appointments, as well as other duties that may be assigned. We have two office locations the position will work out of in the Portland area, Providence Portland Medical Center in the Plaza building located in NE Portland and Providence St. Vincent Medical Center located in the Medical Office Building in SW Portland. This position will support our West and East clinic locations, work M-F (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). We are looking for a RN with a great attitude, triage experience and is knowledgeable in Urogynecology, OBGYN or Urology. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, strong at multi-tasking and dedicated to high quality patient care. No weekend or holiday call is required with the position. Starting pay range, based on experience: $35.10 – $44.39 per hour.

Requirements:
Current Oregon State licensure as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a RN, office based is a bonus
Prior Centricity/Athena V20 experience a plus
Ability to maintain positive working relationships with physicians, and office staff, patients and their families
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines
