We do this in an individualized manner and all of our interventions are based on your child’s individual needs.Our Company is committed to hiring highly skilled providers to deliver quality service, no exceptions.Thank you for allowing us to serve you.Your role as a Lead Case Manager will be to builda uniquely educational experience for children in the South West Florida community with developmental disorders such as ASD, ADD and ADHD through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.OUR CORE VALUESStability- We are here for our clients, we are here for our teamMotivated- we are engaged and want to see our clients’ make progressAppreciative- we respect each other, practice with compassion and show kindnessResponsibility- we take ownership and accountability and do teamworkTransparency- we do the right things and do things right, in an open and honest wayAs the Lead Case Manager:Conducts Behavior AssessmentsCreates client program books and updates/enters new targetsUpdates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisitionObserves the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) at minimum of once per weekProvides praise or corrective feedback (e.g., including modeling if necessary) if the programs are being implemented incorrectlyReviews case progress and RBT goals monthlyDiscusses the client’s progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per weekTrains parents at minimum of once per monthCompletes RBT annual evaluationsInforms immediate supervisor of issues as they ariseCompletes daily progress notes and converts time sheets in the last 15 minutes of sessionEnsures RBT’s complete daily notes and converts time within the last 15 minutes of sessionSubmits reports (e.g., reauthorization and monthly reports) at minimum of two weeks prior to authorization expirationReviews case and authorization utilization on a monthly basis with Clinical ManagerReviews behavior plans with new RBT at the start of caseCoordinates case start activities (i.e. reviews behavior plan with RBT, activity schedule, expectations for the case, etc.)Prepares or coordinates the preparation of case materials and case activities for RBTCommunicates any case challenges and/or resolves case challenges swiftlyCoordinates all case logistics (i.e. ensuring RBT has school badge if applicable)Identifies areas of development of RBT and ACMAssesses client satisfactionCompletes supervision as per board requirementsEnsures/monitors case appointment adherenceReviews parent handbook and BIP with client at start of caseYour SkillsBoard Certified as a Behavior AnalystMaster’s degree in related field (psychology, education or applied behavior analysis)Must possess strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to act professionally as well as create buy-in from stakeholdersAcceptance of philosophy and code of conduct of the CompanyMust possess a high level of integrityMust be accountable to strict deadlinesBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusLocal non-telehealth provider is requiredMedicaid provider strongly desiredAt Smart Endeavors ABA, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
