Description : Job Description: (UAE Experience is Must for Sales & Service)· Develop and manage the overall business strategy in Hospitals and related channels.· Closely monitoring and participating in all the government tenders (MOH, DHA, SEHA Etc.) across the county.· Plan to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly targets and will be responsible for meeting the revenue and profitability targets.· Maintain high customer satisfaction.· Ensure implementation of strategy incl. qualification of products, sales forecast, monthly reports for management, and quality and supply chain topics. Working closely with colleagues and Managers across the country supporting the broader team activities.· Proactively seeking direction required for strategic account management, responsibilities, and expectations.· Be an integral part of our sales team and collaborate across functions to ensure smooth and seamless processes· Arrange appointments with Doctors, biomedical engineers, purchasing and other hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling· Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors, and pharmacists in the retail sector· Organize conferences for doctors and other medical staff.· Build and maintain positive working relationships with medical staff and support administrative staff· Manage budgets for catering, outside speakers, conferences, and hospitality· Keep detailed records of all the contacts· Win new customers, as well as develop long-term relationships with existing ones· Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the area sales team or discuss future targets with the manager· Regularly attend company meetings, technical data presentations· Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations· Analyse sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated· Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products· Develop strategies for increasing opportunities to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector· Stay informed about the activities of health services in a particular area· Manage clients’ expectations and build relationships with the distinction of serving reputed corporate clients.· Running sales & marketing operations, increasing sales growth, and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals· Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the product satisfaction· Recruiting, mentoring, training, and development of the field functionaries to ensure the sales and operational· Provide Maintenance, Installation and Training to end-users· Coordinate and Interact with Manufacturers and Suppliers to place new orders and spares· Manage Preventive Maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts, and Electrical Safety tests of Equipment· Attain MOH documents like import permit, Export permit, Product classification, etc for Medical Equipment· To coordinate and manage team members in scheduling, Delivery, Installation, Demo etcJob Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Remotely:No
