Ownership and development of brand, tone of voice and messaging across all channelsLead, develop and execute all in-club and digital (Out the Box) acquisition and retention strategiesPlanning, design and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across social media, email, ATL, digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Display) and in-club materialOwn and lead the PR strategy – idea generation and execution of topical, disruptive and reactive PRDevelop and deliver award winning social media and content strategyLead the partnership & events strategy across the businessChampion member experience and own the online reviews strategyPlay a lead role on digital transformations projects – website, app, in-club techDevelop and execute new club opening strategiesRegular reporting on the effectiveness of marketing spend, ROI and recommendations on new ways to drive improvementProactively collaborate and manage stakeholders across all levels of the business, including Group Fitness Director, Commercial Director, Product Director, Member Services and Head of HROwnership of the marketing budget and experience getting bang for buck – every pound countsManagement of our external agencies and freelance teamsTo proactively lead, manage and develop the Marketing Team
About you
