Roles and Responsibilities
Gather, analyse and document requirements.
Prepare and Understands the project plan, performs stakeholder analysis and plans BA approach along with the help of Project manager as required.
Ensure the solution is built as per customers requirements through UAT
Create requirement documents, use cases/user scenarios, data and process flow diagrams based on the business need.
Create wireframes to depict understanding of application flow.
Lead requirement review sessions with the customer and with the team.
Provide availability to the team to clarify requirements, perform desk checks and guidance w.r.t requirement implementation.
Skills Required:
Hands on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wire framing.
Candidate must have good presentation skills to lead/facilitate discussions.
Candidate must have effective spoken and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in customer relationship management.
Must understand basic technology terms about database, web services and web and mobile applications. Hands on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wire framing.
Qualifications
Any Graduate.
