Business Development Executive – Europe Territory
About the role
Yolk Recruitment has partnered with a Global concern to assist in the recruiting of a Business Development Executive for their European Market. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the B2B team to support the delivery of sales in of and growth of the B2B Europe function, to maximise the revenue and GP from a portfolio of existing & new accounts
What you’ll be doing as a Business Development Executive
To be responsible for the daily execution and management of assigned accounts including delivering world class services, delivering on target revenue and GP performance from your account base.
Responsible for seeking and developing growth within assigned accounts in line with overall departments plans.
Responsible for seeking and developing new relationships and opportunities with potential customers, understanding their requirements and carrying out all activities required to ensure a pipeline of orders and client base in line with agreed overall business and personal targets.
Assist in construction of Annual Plans, Budgets and rolling 15 months (S&OP) sales forecasts
About you
Conscientious and systematic approach to complex situations
Innovative & thinking outside the box
The ability to work and deliver to agreed time scales
Graduate calibre would be beneficial.
Demonstrable experience of working in a business development role and sales is essential.
Experience of developing new product and service propositions is required.
Experience in negotiating and closing sales is essential.
Experience of working with third parties to develop a service offering or a supply relationship
Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, internal stakeholders and external contacts both verbally and in writing.
Financially and IT literate is essential.
Foreign language skills would be advantageous.
