Description : Company Vision“Adventoris aims to become the market leading provider of a mobile app platform for B2B businesses, with the SwiftCloud application.”Job PurposeResponsible for maximising profitable sales by generating and developing new client opportunities for the SwiftCloud application. Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and creating an opportunity for External Business Development to present SwiftCloud to the potential new client.Principle Duties1. Driving profitable sales growth for the company by developing new client opportunities for the SwiftCloud application.2. Make proactive outbound calls, emails and other campaign activities aimed at identifying and developing new opportunities using the Mint database and Salesforce CRM to generate new business opportunities.3. Make appointments for External Business Development Managers with prospect customers, ensuring that the appointments are made in conjunction with the sales person’s journey plan or previously planned activity.4. Update CRM system after every contact with a potential customer be it via telephone, email or letter. Ensure accuracy at all times.5. Regularly provide up to date details to the Head of Sales via a pipeline report.6. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.7. Ensure all customer information including contacts are maintained on the CRM system.8. Undertake any other tasks as reasonably required by the Line Manager or designated authority.9. Efficiently managing personal time and productivity.10. Work with the External Business Development, Customer Service and Marketing to optimise quality of service, business, growth and customer satisfaction.11. Actively seek to exceed expectations, look for improvement and deliver within required timeframes.12. Operate in a professional manner representing the company with a very smart appearance when meeting potential clients, maintaining immaculate records as set out by the business.13.
