ASSIGNMENT SUMMARY
The Call Center Sales Representative (CCSR) will recruit new patients, schedule appointments for existing patients and perform and oversee daily operations of the call center for the Clinic. The CCSR will be the first point of customer service contact for incoming calls and will assist with multiple duties related to scheduling and patient recall. In addition, this position includes patient recruitment and appointment scheduling targets.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years experience in reception/call center, sales, marketing and/or customer service.
Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with persons of all
backgrounds.
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette.
Abide by clinic confidentiality policies and procedures.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach out to current and prospective clinic patients to discuss the benefits of regular
medical visits and preventive screenings.
Participate in initiatives to increase clinic visits, as outlined by the Director of Patient
Services.
Schedule and confirm appointments for patients. Schedule follow-up appointments, if
needed.
Answer multiple phone lines and give information to callers or route calls to
appropriate staff member; take messages when staff member is unavailable to take the
call.
Ensure HIPPA Compliance.Maintain updated and accurate patient information.
Direct patient complaints and concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.Participate in staff and educational meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
