Accurate data entry, attention to detail, friendly, patient, experienced customer service skills are required.Duties include but are not limited to:Complete daily tasks as assignedAccurately update CRMConduct live person to person phone surveysMaintain a quiet, distraction free work environmentMaintain reliable, high speed internetSchedule:Minimum of 16 hours per weekMaximum of 35 hours per weekShifts range between 9:00am – 9:00pm CSTShifts are available in 4-hour blocksShift availability will vary from week to week based on business needsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Remote
