Description : Saïd Business School are recruiting for a Career Development Operations, Data & Engagement Manager reporting to the Head of Career Development – Operations.
This is an exciting opportunity for you being responsible for building the reputation of the Career Development Centre (CDC) driving the student journey and their engagement with the Career Development Centre.
You will work closely with the Director of Career Development to analyse data and produce regular reports on student employment outcomes and ensure critical continuity and School knowledge of Employment data collection and application and work closely with and be Line Manager for the Data & Technology Analyst. They will assume responsibility for the work undertaken by the Analyst, including data collection from the most recent Alumni students to curate the annual Employment Outcome Reports for both MFE and MBA student rankings.
Additionally, there will be a requirement for you to work closely with the CDC Events Officer to effectively communicate the high number of weekly events run by the CDC sector teams and its Employer partners.
It will also be critical for you to work closely with the Co-Curriculum Co-ordination group, which brings all students facing centres and groups together to develop a robust cohesive plan for co-curricular activity around the school.
To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate experience of client communication, throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship delivered through various platforms, including salesforce, and other marketing tools.
You will need experience of content creation for online web design, social media and learning platforms and have experience of working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce, at implementation stage.
You will need to be a team player who is keen to work with internal/external team members and have the ability to think strategically, see the bigger picture and make decisions that have wider impact.
