Position Summary:
Confluence is seeking a Change Management and Integration Faciliator with track record of success to lead the company through its next phase of growth. This position will report to the Chief Human Resource Officer with a dotted line to the Chief M&A/Transformation Officer. This role will be responsible for ensuring change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage with minimal resistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply a structured methodology and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, and change readiness with CHRO and team
Lead/facilitate meetings with leaders to ensure an understanding of the current culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan
Facilitate change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the transformation plan
Support the design, development and delivery and management of communications with the Chief M&A/Transformation Officer
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
Identify, analyze, and prepare people risk mitigation tactics
Identify and manage anticipated resistance
Consult with and coach project teams
Support and engage with senior leaders
Integrate change management activities into project plan
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
Experience with M&A transactions, with a focus on integrating culture and change management processes
Demonstrated cross-functional team management experience
Experience building a culture of high employee engagement and satisfaction
Logical thinker with a problem-solving mentality
Ideal Experience and Competencies:

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development or Organizational Behavior preferred
5+ years’ experience in organizational change management program design and implementation
