Clean and Clear Supervisor – Enterprise
Job description
What you’ll be doing
As a Clean and Clear Supervisor within Calico Enterprises’ Clearance and Clean team in Burnley, you will work to the instruction of the Interiors Service Manager in ensuring that all dwellings in the Company’s ownership are emptied and meet the required standards of cleanliness internally and externally prior to letting.
You will be responsible for
Planning, arranging, recording and, where appropriate, delivering training for the clearance and clean team.
Ensuring the staff capacity is planned to its maximum effect, ensuring that staff are motivated and managed in accordance with Company policies, whilst performance issues are dealt with in a consistent and timely manner.
Liaison with the Voids Supervisor and Neighbourhood Manager in identifying and planning work priorities developing a good relationship.
Supervising the clearance and clean team including one to ones, My Time sessions, performance management, absence management and employee development reviews.
Completing all clearances and cleans to a high standard, within the specified timeframes.
Delivering excellent customer service, in line with our company values and behaviours.
Prioritising your work daily to ensure all customer appointments are met.
Working with safe working practices as outlined in Calico’s Health & Safety Policy and procedures.
