Job summary

This role is inherently cross-functional – you will work closely with the product, design, and business teams to create and implement the product vision. This role will work daily with the clinical users of the product. This role will fill a critical gap in driving decisions to deliver content that scales for the product roadmap. We are looking for a self-driven leader who can develop compelling experiences, communicate clearly and with data, prioritize effectively, and has a consistent track record of delivery. Identify and manage key partner relationships to deliver on the vision and strategy

Excellent written and verbal communications skills – ability to interface with all levels of the organization and influence business leaders.
Experience analyzing data and presenting reports to executive leadership
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous circumstances.
Strong clinical acumen and expertise
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines.
Strong medical and health care delivery system knowledge
Familiarity of Microsoft Access
Experience synthesizing evidence-based clinical knowledge into patient-facing clinical content.
Demonstrated writing ability and knowledge of grammar, punctuation and sentence structure.
Experience balancing competing priorities from multiple stakeholders to ensure that individual or team are focused on the right deliverables.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $150k – $170k/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
