We operate a hybrid working model, so you will benefit from both home and office working, the office being based in Uxbridge. Our team are also based in Cardiff so there will be some occasional travel to Cardiff required.
What you will be doing
This is a new role for the organisation and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Marketing. We will support you with the training you need to be successful in your new Marketing role regardless of experience.
What we will expect from you is a real passion for Marketing or advertising and a background in this from either college or University.
You will support the CRM and Database Marketing Manager in running campaigns, using relevant systems and developing strategies whilst being supported and working alongside a highly efficient, friendly and successful and busy marketing team.
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders including Senior Management and will support the wider team with ad hoc tasks allowing you to gain further experience with Marketing.
Responsible for all stages of execution of CRM Campaigns (from planning to evaluation) you will play a pivotal role in driving forward the use of CRM across the business.
You will be creative, detailed and analytical with the confidence to question and develop your ideas and others.
