We have several exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and passionate Customer Helpdesk Agents to join our growing team on a full time, permanent basis. Joining us as a Customer Helpdesk Agent you’ll support our customers working across our new AXA Health and Wellbeing App and our Member Online customer portal providing support and advice across a variety of channels from telephone, email, webchat and more. At AXA, we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and either our Tunbridge Wells, Bristol or Glasgow offices in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll answer calls and customer contacts via our internal systems providing advice on services as well as technical support for customers experiencing problems with our app or portal by raising tickets with our IT teams to resolve. You can make a real difference by maintaining a great journey for our customers. We’re looking for individuals with a ‘Know You Can’ mindset so, if you’re a great communicator, a good listener, confident and positive in all that you do; this could be the role for you!
Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
Full time, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We champion wellbeing and work life balance.

Qualifications
No previous experience is required! If you come from a customer facing/telephony environment and want to explore a new sector, this could be a great opportunity for a career change.
We’ll provide all the technology and training, and in return we ask you to bring your enthusiasm and passion for customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
You’ll have a natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability and positive, can do attitude.
Comfortable and confident dealing with 40-60 calls and member queries on a daily basis.
Self-discipline and motivation are essential as this role is likely to have an element of working from home.
