We Love Your Projects are a group of experienced trade specialist companies including We Love Your Boiler, We Love Your Electrics, We Love Your Kitchen. Their growing office is a busy environment, and they are looking to expand their team by introducing a Digital Administration Apprentice.
You will be working for a supportive company who have welcomed apprentices before. They currently have 5 live trade apprentices working with them and have supported administrative apprentices before. The team is friendly and genuinely want you to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be a first point of call for customers to liase with both via telephone and Gmail
Utilise Joblogic software to log client information and send this information over to their relevant engineer
Book meeting rooms
Manage your diary efficiently
Personal Assistant duties
Order required parts online
Work through task lists created by your manager
Input information into Excel
Create word template to be sent out via email
Manage customer aftercare using SharpSpring which will allow you to create auto-messages for customers

Additional Information:
Salary – £10,000 per annum
You will have a salary review 3 months into your role.
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
